Who we are:

Block Belvedere is a community of New Post and Spotsylvania County residents working to stop the construction of the data center on and around the Belvedere Plantation property.

We are not anti-growth. We are opposed to harmful heavy industrial infrastructure polluting our neighborhood and causing harm to our neighbors.

What we are fighting for:

• Protecting the health, quiet, and property of the families who live here

• Preserving one of Spotsylvania’s last working heritage farms and riverfront land

• Demanding transparency from the county and developer BEFORE any approvals

• Ensuring residents, not out-of-touch tech bros, have the loudest voice in what gets built next door
